In terms of appearance, the Polar FS3 looks almost exactly like its predecessor, the Polar FS2. The main difference between the two is the setting of the target heart rate zone. Polar FS3 gives you the option to either manually or automatically set the target zone in addition to the built-in audible and visual alarm.
